  14. I have just installed dvipsk5-58c, xdvik-18d, and kpathsea-2.4 and now have
  15. problems with vf font mapping.  tex find the .fd file (e.g., pncr7t) but pncr7t
  16. doesn't appear in the .map files that came with the fonts (from fontinst).  I
  17. added it but now the ff and fi ligatures don't appear in the printout.

  19. What am I missing or have done wrong?
